Can I purchase items for delivery outside of Canada?
We currently do not offer delivery outside of Canada. Supported areas include the Greater Metropolitan Areas of Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City and Toronto. For more information, please contact the nearest store and a sales associate will gladly assist you.
How soon can I receive my order/delivery?
We aim to deliver our product offerings in a timely and economical way. Available items are typically delivered through our in-home delivery service within 3-10 business days. What are the delivery charges for my order?
Transportation costs vary according to the location of the delivery destination. Please provide our sales team with your postal code and we will gladly inform you of the specific charges applicable to that area.
Can I place an order by telephone or over the Internet?
We currently do not accept orders by telephone or Internet.
How can I pay for my purchase?
All Structube retail locations accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards, cash and Interac debit card. Interac e-transfers are also accepted.
How can I find out about the availability of an item?
We work toward having a large majority of our product offerings in stock. In order to ensure the availability of an item, please contact your nearest store and our sales associates will gladly provide you with the information required to make your shopping experience enjoyable.
Can I change the fabric / building materials of a given item?
At Structube, we aspire to offer exclusive and recognizably different products from that of other retailers. Despite a wide variety of fabric and wood selections amongst our different home furnishings, we do not manufacture or offer special orders and therefore cannot alter fabric colors (outside those available), building materials and changes to product dimensions and measurements.
Do your products come ready-to-assemble?
In order to provide our customers with quality products at great prices, many items are ready-to-assemble. A large majority of hardwood home furnishings come flat-packed, for ease of transportation at reduced costs. Please contact a sales associate in order to have further information.
How can I order an item that is discontinued?
We continuously work toward renewing our product lines in hopes of making your living space one that is beautiful, comfortable and inviting. Should you be interested in a product that may be discontinued, please contact a sales associate in order to inquire about final stock availabilities.
Can replacement parts and hardware be purchased?
Missing hardware and parts of recently purchased items are available. However, we do not sell additional hardware or building materials.

Are your products available for "cash-and-carry" transactions or must they be delivered?
Due to exceptional flat packing, many of our items may be purchased in-store and taken home immediately for use. Larger items may require in-home delivery services.
What is the warranty on your product offerings?
All products come with a one-year warranty from manufacturer’s defects applicable to home use only, and valid upon reception of the product by the customer. The original sales invoice is required for all claims.
