Great Couch, Poor Customer Service

I absolutely love this couch. I was relieved that it was a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be and super easy to put together by myself despite the weight.
However, at the last step of assembly, I noticed there was a missing piece to attach the chaise to the sofa, a piece that should have already been attached like the other three matching pieces. It’s like doing a Jigsaw puzzle and the last piece is missing - frustrating! I emailed customer service the day I received the couch (May 15) and I haven’t heard back from ...
