Its a good sofa for the price, but the zip broke in a month and I don't know what to do. I would have recommended this sofa if not for the zipper.

This sofa is beautiful, sturdy and cozy. The material is a smooth, short nap velvet. I was worried about velvet being too delicate a material for us but so far, a quick wipe with a damp cloth has never failed to perfectly restore the material after a spill. Unfortunately the third party delivery is as abysmal as the notorious YOUKNOWWHÜU. The customer service on Structube's end was good. The customer service on the part of their third party delivery company was the worst I've ever seen.

Very well made and the material is very soft to the touch. The delivery was fast and on time and the drivers were excellent .I got the blue couch but the reason l gave it a 4 is the back part is very hard and probably won't soften up. But it looks very rich and for the price it was excellent.
