Stitching Issue on Side Seam

I loved the look of these stools. They fit perfectly at my kitchen island.
Unfortunately, about a year after purchase, one of the stool's side seams split and looks extremely unattractive.
(Only two adults eating occassionally at home at this counter)
Would love a recommendation on how to repair...

I spent way too much time looking for “the perfect bar stool”. I ended up purchasing three inexpensive ones from on online site. They were terrible and I finally found the Vienna stools at structube, and quickly replaced them. They look fabulous. They are extremely sturdy. I loved that they come assembled. They have been solid, sturdy, no wobble from day one and we have had them for over a year. They blend well in a “transition” space with a fairly modern kitchen but traditional furniture as well.
