This sectional is perfect for my living room. It's super cozy, not super squishy but still very comfortable. The delivery service was a convenient option, but they did show up earlier than I had been told, so I was not super impressed with that. Other than that I love everything about it. It would be 5 stars if it was a little more squishy and the delivery people had come when they said they were.

This sectional looks great, and was a cinch to put together. From the showroom to delivery day, dealing with Structube has been lovely. Warren is not the coziest, sink into-able sort of sofa, but he is attractive and comfortable, and seems to be of sturdy construction.

Where have you been all my life? Just walking into the store was a nice experience, no pushy salesperson and the environment was relaxing. Emmanuel was helpful and very thorough answering all the questions we had regarding our small staircase that the couch needed to fit through. The couch is exactly what we wanted and is a perfect fit for the basement. Well done!

Very easy to put together. A few minor issues re: receiving a cracked base and a few incorrect sized washers however upon bringing them to the store they quickly addressed it. I chose to leave the 1 unit out of the couch due to size of apartment and the couch still looks great. Very easy to assemble, packaging was great and easy to move, and customer service at Burloak was exceptional.

I was shopping for sofas for quite some time and I am so happy I found this one. It is sturdy and not cheap quality, which is rare for the thousand dollar price range. It is very comfortable. It has a firm feel, but not stiff, which I prefer as it offers more support and tends to last longer. The gaps between the cushions can't be felt when laying down on it either so it is great for laying/sleeping. Looks great and love that the middle piece can be removed and used as an accent chair. the couch is great for a space where you don't want it to overpower - it's somewhat short in height and won't block any windows or sunlight. The seat cushions were more firm than I was expecting but the back cushions are very comfortable. Overall would recommend this couch - you can't get couches like this anywhere else for the price. Would not recommend for people who are looking for a couch to really "sink" into.

I waited 7 months to write this review, because I wanted to see how this sectional stood up to the abuse of my toddler and pet birds. It is still in perfect shape. It is very well made - beautiful, comfortable, sturdy, quality fabric. Much better quality than what I was finding at a higher price in other stores. It fits perfectly in our living room too. LOVE this and will probably get a second one for our basement at some point. So glad I found this sectional at Structube!
