Way better than expected.
I hesitate to buy this headboard. I was surprise . If it was not for the poor instructions to installed I could have given a 5. The lack of reviews and the absolutely no display in any store in Toronto made debate if to buy it or not. I am alone in Toronto and I do not drive. I dare to bring it in the subway. Dagnys one of the staff members (really really nice, maybe she was the reason why i took the final decision) helped me putting a handle in the box which allowed to bring it easily in the subway. I could not believe it that it works. She was nice , friendly and very resourceful . Thanks a lot Dagnys at 700 lawrence location. You made it easier.
